Depending on your health goals, the complexity of your case and your progress, the number of consultations needed can vary. 

Nutrition, Naturopathy, Fussy eating and homeopathy may take time and should not be associated with a quick fix. 

With any of these therapies, we want to look at the root cause of the condition. 

I generally recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to start. 

It may take up to a year in some more complex cases. 

You can choose to stick with one type of therapy or we can look at integrating other therapies in the follow up sessions.

All follow up appointments are a flat rate of £75. 

 

Prior to your consultation, you will receive a health profile questionnaire and a 3-day food dairy to complete and return via email. 

 

1. During the initial consultation which will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes, we will discuss your goals and or condition you wish to work on. We will discuss any other relevant information that may help you proceed on your health journey. A plan will then be emailed to you up to a week later. 

2. After reading your plan, and if you decide to, we can schedule a 15-minute zoom call to discuss anything you may want to be clarified from your plan.

3. After a period of 4 weeks, we then proceed to do a follow up and see how you are getting on with the plan and if there is a need to adjust it to best help you. We may discuss any tests that might have been suggested or have been done recently. You will then receive another plan and so on.
